Add-ons for AI coding tools

The Agency

A large collection of ready-made AI 'specialist' personalities you can add to coding assistants like Claude Code and Cursor.

What it does

The Agency is a collection of AI agent personalities. Each one is a text file that tells an AI assistant how to act as a particular expert, such as a frontend developer, database optimizer, technical writer or code reviewer. The makers say each agent has its own voice, way of working and set of deliverables.

The agents are grouped into teams, or 'divisions', such as engineering and security. Each file describes the agent's identity, mission, workflows, example outputs and how to measure success.

You can install the agents into many AI coding tools, including Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI, Codex, Aider and Windsurf. There is a desktop app for Mac, Windows and Linux that lets you browse the agents and install them with a click. You can also use install scripts, or simply read the files and copy the ones you like.

Who it's for

People who already use AI coding assistants and want ready-made expert roles for tasks like building apps, reviewing code or writing documentation.

Can I use it without coding?

With some setup. A desktop app installs the agents with a click, but you need an AI coding tool already set up to use them. New to this? Start here.

Can I run it?

Cost
Free, but needs an AI accountThe software is free, but it uses an online AI service (like OpenAI or Anthropic), which usually charges for use.
Runs on
Mac, Windows, Linux
Computer
An ordinary computer is fine
